During the speeches, Emma Lisa’s dad called her a ‘firecracker’! This might be true on his end but for me, she represents more of a glass of champagne! And despite the fact that she doesn’t drink chapmgane, I still will associate her with bubbly energy and a person who spreads celebratory energy everywhere! And that’s exactly how their wedding day with Andrew at Tendenza felt to me!
When the pandemic hit and progressed and we still didn’t know what will be happening with bigger weddings, Emma Lisa messaged me and assured me that no matter what they are getting married! I was excited for her determination! All of the smaller weddings and intimate weddings that I have photographed were trully special and I enjoyed them SO SO much BUT!!!! I am so incredibly happy that we were able to celebrate their wedding with the whole big family and friends!!!! Emma Lisa and Andrew did such an amazing job planning this GORGEOUS Tendenza wedding! I am so happy the original plan worked out and everyone got to experience this beautiful venue and the party!!!! And not only the wedding reception venue was gorgeous! Emma Lisa and Andrew got ready at the Philadelphia Loews hotel which was super stunning. Their wedding ceremony took place at the Powel House which I thought tied in so perfectly with their portrait locations. They used to live in Philly and Emma Lisa went on the run in the Old City Philadelphia so being in those spots were extra special for them. Emma Lisa requestd their first look to be at the 18th Century Garden and then all of the bridal party and family photos at the 2nd Bank. After the portraits were done everyone except the bride and the groom took the trolley to the Powel House. Emma Lisa, Andrew and I did a 5 minute walk through the Old City Phily so we can capture some of the beautiful area that they love. The ceremony at the Powel House preceeded with some champagne and it was so wonderful to see the celebration continuing all throughout the day! I wish I could tell you all the amazing and beautiful details of the day but you will be able to see at least some of them in the photos below. From the STUNNING bride and groom, to beautiful bridesmaids in their emerald satin BHLDN dresses, to the charming ceremony and to the most elaborate wedding reception at Tendenza by Cescaphe, you will enjoy seeing all the beauty! And after you have scrolled until the end leave your ‘congratulations’ in the comment section!
Thank you so much for letting me a part of your special day! God bless you!!!
