Dawn and John got married on a rainy June day in a circle of the closest family and friends. Looking at their Sayen Garden wedding photos, you wouldn’t know it was rainy because we perfectly had the bride and groom portraits and ceremony scheduled at the time when the rain paused. We felt so special and thankful! We didn’t get the sunny glowy backgrounds for our photos but at least we weren’t drenched in water haha. Dawn wore a simple and elegant white dress. No train, no glitter, no lace, just flowy chiffon that we were able to get a little playful with. Her BEAUTIFUL gray hair was flowy and she had a simple intricate hair band. John wore a blue suit and also looked very handsome. We got the bride and groom photos while waiting for all of the guests to arrive. Once everyone was ready, Dawn and John got married in a simple ceremony officiated by John’s brother. At the beginning of the ceremony the flower girl distributed the streamers to everyone watching the wedding ceremony. The moment the bride and groom were announced ‘married’ everyone got to sway the streamers and create a fun celebratory background for the newlyweds!
