it was a a regular Friday for most of the people in Philadelphia, but it wasn’t as regular for these two ladies Mel and Carrie who joined their lives together that day. I, your servant Philadelphia wedding photographer had a pleasure assisting amazing photographer Sarah Rachel from Sarah Rachel Photography on that day. I was able to capture some fun and emotional moments at these girls’ special day. Check out how wonderful their wedding was.
Both of them were getting ready at the beautiful Philadelphia Regal Ballroom! It getting ready location was simple but the girls were definitely excited for the day so it absolutely compensated for the lack of good light that every wedding photographer craves :).
Beautiful calla-lilies were the bridesmaids bouquets. It was very elegant!
Mel’s make up ended up looking simply flawless even without perfect natural light.
Mel’s daughter was super excited for the day and all the girls kept giggling all the time!
Mel finished her letter for Carrie and packed it together with some fun and good-smelling gifts for Carrie 🙂
And then the last touches were made; the dress was put all, and everyone was ready to start the wedding ceremony!!!
The bridesmaids got some cute and fun wedding gifts as well. Fancy lip gloss and some jewelry will never be declined by any girl :). And as you can see Mel’s daughter had a super smart idea of hiding her maid of honor’s speech notes under her dress. I don’t think I have ever seen a girl this smart! And a photo of these calla-lily and red rose boutonnieres perfectly match the beauty of this girl. 
Mel was emotional! And rightly so, a very important occasion was right around the corner.
She opened the wedding gift from Carrie and was emotional and excited at the same time. She was ready to marry this girl!
Regal Ballroom is such a luxurious and simply amazing wedding venue! The whole ambiance is so elegant and sparkly at the same time!
The vows were said, the kiss sealed the union and here they are married!
Lots of selfies with brides and happy moments of celebration happened right after the ceremony!
And did I tell you how much I loved this Regal Ballroom wedding! Look at how gorgeous the set up was!
The speeches were again super emotional and hilarious! Every had a great fun!
