It was a cold winter evening when baby Vanderkam was born. And just a couple of days ago he turned 6 months! This is a big milestone in a baby’s life and Laura wanted to record it. I had an honor to photograph her beautiful family one more time and we had some good times! Perfectly warm summer evening, super cute and fun kids, a woman who I deeply respect and learn from – the day doesn’t get any better!
And if you don’t know Laura Vanderkam, she is an time management and productivity guru (especially for women), speaker, educator, amazing woman and an author of multiple books. ‘168 Hours: You Have More Time Than You Think‘ a book that changed my perspective on time and time availability, ‘What the Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast‘, ‘What the Most Successful People Do on the Weekend‘ are just a few of her books. And her newest book ‘I Know How She Does It: How Successful Women Make the Most of Their Time‘ is simply amazing. It gives you a sense of normality to working moms and definitely helps to be grateful for a wonderful life that I have even if there are moments that might be far from perfection :). You need to get that book because it is superb!
Well, I think I need to stop chatting about how much I love Laura and maybe share a few photos from their session :).
P.S. And yes, baby Vanderkam just woke up, so you will see some yawns 🙂
