Laura and Jeff met online and even those Laura was pretty skeptical about possibilities of online world bringing her the ‘one’, this has happened. First Jeff, and then she fell in love about 3 years ago and never looked back! Laura suspected that the proposal was coming as they don’t go out very often and that day they went out to a restaurant in New Hope, PA. It was the day before Valentine’s day. Her parents babysat Jeff’s cute kids and well, can you guess who was waiting for them at the cute gazebo with champagne in the evening in New Hope, PA :)? Simple proposal with family surrounding these two lovely people started off the wedding planning! And just a few days ago, Laura and Jeff united their lives at Bradford Estate. The day was the most perfect October day. A pretty sunshine, the cool temperatures and a gorgeous venue made our day so much better. Both Laura and Jeff got ready at the Bradford Estate. They chose to see each before the ceremony and take care of all the photos. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was fun. Check out just a few moments from their wonderful wedding below!
Getting Ready at Bradford Estate
Laura wore the most gorgeous strapless pink wedding dress from Angel Bridal. The skirt had the amazing layers and you could see just a little of the pink shades coming through. Tina from Make Me Glam was doing everyone’s make up. Did I tell you that I love Tina? Once Laura’s sister was ready with her hair and make up she went on to practice her entrance with Jeff’s son 🙂 – they were adorable and definitely had an awesome entrance to the wedding reception! The girls enjoyed the morning and were so excited for the day to begin!
The guys were getting ready right next door to the girls. Some video games and some pool kept them entertained. And once Jeff was ready, we went downstairs and set up their first look with Laura. Oh, and I simply love this photo – sharp stylish wedding shoes for the groom and worn out snickers that his daughter wore. So opposite and so fun to see how we all transform into such well dressed people for such important occasions as weddings. And his daughter was super cute too! She just watched her dad get ready and was so excited for him!
And Jeff’s son was playing pool too :). I enjoyed seeing how Laura’s dad was training him in it, and how well he applied the knowledge of pool with his own little spin :D. And then Laura’s dad! I know that people who don’t cry when they experience strong emotions enjoy life as much as those that do, but I have a special appreciation for those who cry. And Laura’s dad is one of those people. Reading Laura’s card for him made him tear up. Seeing Laura, made him emotional too. And walking down the isle I could see him cry as well. Such a special bond he has with Laura <3.
Once, everyone was ready, we went downstairs and let Jeff and Laura see each other!
Wedding Portraits at Bradford Estate
Both of the looked stunning and they truly appreciated each others’ looks. We grabbed a few photos of just them, then their bridal party joined us and then it was time for family portraits. I loved it all, but most of all, Jeff’s kids – a little shy and a lot of cute :).
Now as the photos were taken care of, we started getting ready for the ceremony.
Wedding Ceremony at Bradford Estate
The ceremony began just on time. All the family and friends were there surrounding the bride and groom with their love. The sun was setting quickly and the ceremony ended just for the sunset. Now Laura and Jeff are officially married!
Wedding Reception at Bradford Estate
Bradford Estate always serves their brides and grooms to the fullest. Delicious food, excellent service and beautiful set up. Laura and Jeff and all their guests definitely enjoyed it all! The bride and groom danced their first dance, Laura danced with her dad, and Jeff danced with his mom, but their also was a very special dance for Jeff and his daughter. It was so cute how this little girl stood on Jeff’s strong feet and of course followed every step he was taking. Everyone enjoyed such special moments! And then Laura’s dad made a speech and had just a few things to say to Jeff. You should see the photo below :). And once the official party has started, everyone had a blast. Check out the party photos and say your warm congrats to Laura and Jeff!
And and yes! Swedish fish dropped in the champagne to celebrate any event according to Laura and Jeff’s tradition. Everyone had a few Swedish fish prepared for them to join these bride and groom in their celebration too :). God bless you guys!!! I wish you all the best!
