A couple of days ago I, your servant Philadelphia wedding photographer, had an amazing time photographing Alicia and Chris. I will be photographing their wedding this year and it will take place at Pinecrest County Club. Based on how our engagement photo session went, I seriously can’t wait for their wedding! From the very beginning they were super hesitant about about engagement session because Chris doesn’t really like being photographed which is a somewhat common thing. I am so glad I was able to convince them to agree to it though! We had a lot of fun walking around Valley Forge National Historic Park and looking for good light and pretty places. And when you have such a gorgeous and happiness-filled girl, how can you not have fun?!
So we met at Valley Forge National Historic Park very close to the sunset time, so both the location and the light were so good to us! The weather was pretty amazing as well, as the snow was still laying on the ground but the temperature was very pleasant that Alicia actually was able to take off her coat and not be cold. Well, she did wear her coat once in a while, but I have separated those photos into a separate blog post, And make sure you check it out as well at this link. I will also include a little more story about Alicia and Chris there so you will want to read it :).
Even though they both warned me that they were not into pictures as much, right from the beginning things turned into magic!!!!
As you can see magic in action here – their love turned air into color of love!!!!
And not only things around us were magical! They relationship was magical! So much love and good vibes!
And the engagement ring! It was so-so beautiful! Chris did really well with picking it! Valley Forge National Historic Park has some beautiful corners. There was this coolest looking wall ever. It is actually a mirror wall covered is some type of sticky see-through material. It was very interesting and made for a very good photo. And Alicia and Chris were not afraid of walking through tons of snow and climb the hills for a good picture :).
And then there was fun, and romance, and love, and kisses on the shoulders! And did I mention to you that I loved photographing at Valley Forge National Historic Park because there is so much space for a beautiful landscape engagement photo :)! And then we found this wall for a perfect photo with off-camera flash! I love it!!!
Well, the Valley Forge Park engagement session was a total blast! Make sure you check out the other part of their session! I am in love with these two!
